Emails
Description
Email is also referred as electronic mail; it is a system of worldwide electronic communication in which computers are involved. Email is here for people to message instantly to whomever they want across the world. Email servers accept, forward, deliver, and store messages. To be able to email someone or receive messages/texts you must have access to the internet. |

Non-internet alternatives
A non- internet alternatives way of emailing is through post, land-lines, and cell phones or face to face. Some of these alternatives are time consuming, take long and do costs you. Before the emailing system existed, many people used these alternatives methods just to get their message through to other people. Soon systems were developed to link compatible mail programs between different organizations over dial-up modems or leased lines, creating local and global networks.
Target audience
An Email can be used by anybody and doesn't have a narrow target, although saying this it is obvious you would not want very young children getting into the habit. So children are unlikely to be emailing. But emailing is clearly applicable to anyone who uses a computer. I would prefer people over the age of 10+, people who work or have jobs. I personally believe most teenagers use emailing in a social group to communicate with each other.
